این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه در مجاورت جنگل و در روستای گردشگری الازمن واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر علی آباد کتول حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی، حمام به همراه سرویس فرنگی می باشد و دو اتاق خواب (یکی مستر)، نشیمن، حمام با سرویس فرنگی در طبقه بالا قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و سرایدار نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد، جهت تامین مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری ساختمان در دسترس هستند.
لازم به ذکر است سرو غذا در سه وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
در صورت تمایل به صرف چای آتشی،پخت غذا یا کباب می توانید از اجاق کاهگلی واقع در حیاط استفاده کنید.
