This beautiful rural house with a cold-water outdoor pool, a large lush courtyard, and a pristine pond is located in a quiet and secluded area of Kasma village, approximately 10 km from the city center of Sowme'eh Sara. This rural house consists of three separate buildings: The first building is a two-story rural house with a terrace overlooking the farm and a traditional room on each floor (thatched roof) next to the pond. The second building is a traditional house with a large veranda and an interconnected room next to another room where the kitchen is located (red roof). The third building is a long suite with a separate Iranian bathroom and toilet, ready for guest use. Additionally, in the courtyard of the accommodation, there are three separate Iranian toilets, one Western toilet, and a bathroom.
The large and beautiful courtyard of this charming accommodation features a fire pit for bonfires and over 15 chairs, providing a great opportunity for guests' evening gatherings. Guests can also enjoy fun moments by playing on the volleyball court located on the premises. Furthermore, this beautiful courtyard has a gazebo and a lovely pond that guests interested in photography can utilize.
Approximately 350 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved, but this route is accessible by any type of vehicle. Access to a bakery and supermarket is also possible within about a 5-minute drive.
