The sea-facing door of the complex opens to the beach, and the villa's surroundings are enclosed by walls, with the entrance gate equipped with CCTV for added security. The villa management office is located near the entrance, out of guests' sight, and the host enters the premises late at night, after coordinating with guests, to check the pool water quality and inspect the area.
Guests can use the supermarket and bakery located about 500 meters from the villa.
