Renting a Country House in Shanderman

This two-bedroom rural house is located in an area with a pleasant climate in the Shanderman district, approximately 6 km from the entrance to Masal city. The lush green yard of this house features amenities such as a swing, a tree gazebo, a fire pit, and fruit trees, providing an ideal space for parties and gatherings. Please note that guests are not permitted to use the fruit from the trees. This is a two-story house. The first floor includes a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with both Iranian and Western-style toilets. Approximately 6 steps lead to the upper floor, which features another bedroom and a terrace. Additionally, an Iranian-style toilet with a washbasin is available in the yard. The yard is enclosed on one side by a wall and on the other three sides by a fence overlooking rice fields. For enhanced security, the premises are equipped with CCTV cameras. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately 500 meters. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls and 4G internet. However, mobile internet is not available inside the house. Free Wi-Fi is also provided to guests. Please note that the last 15 meters of the path leading to the house is a dirt road, accessible by car.
