Villa with Pool and Garden in Fuman - Rudpish

This three-bedroom duplex villa, one of which is a master bedroom, is situated in a spacious garden in Rudpish village, approximately 10 km from Fuman city. The villa's grounds span about 5000 square meters, featuring a gazebo and a large fish farming pond. During summer, guests have the option to fish for an additional fee. The interior of the villa is thoughtfully designed: the ground floor comprises a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, an Iranian toilet, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. The upper floor boasts a living room with a billiard table, a kitchen, a master bedroom, and a terrace equipped with a foosball table and a swing. The yard is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and for enhanced security, CCTV cameras cover the outdoor area. Additionally, a separate caretaker unit is located adjacent to the villa. Breakfast service is available in this villa with prior arrangement with the host and for an additional fee. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are conveniently located within approximately 2 km. The villa is equipped with a diesel generator that, in case of a power outage, powers the air conditioning (split unit) in addition to the accommodation's lighting. The second pool next to the villa is dedicated to fish farming and fishing for our esteemed guests. In summer, at 5:30 AM, and in autumn and winter, at 6 AM, the caretaker enters the premises to feed the fish, clean and tidy the garden area, swimming pool, etc., ensuring no disturbance to our dear guests. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. Free Wi-Fi is also provided to guests.
