این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای وشمه سرا و با فاصله حدود 3 کیلومتری از ماسال واقع شده است. ویلا دارای استخر آبگرم، حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز می باشد.
اطراف محوطه ویلا از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با پوشش گیاهی (بامبو) محصور است و حیاط نیز مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
