این سوئیت به همراه آلاچیق با حیاط دلباز و درختکاری شده در یک مجموعه اقامتی در روستای سیاه کوچه واقع شده است که با شهر آستانه اشرفیه حدود 4 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر لاهیجان حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می‌باشد و دروازه ورودی به‌صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت‌وساز می‌باشد.
