This furnished suite is located on the first floor of a two-story, two-unit building in Maklavan Bala village, approximately 15 km from Fuman city.The building is situated in a spacious and lush green garden with walnut, orange, pear, and green plum trees. The garden is enclosed by walls on all four sides. The host resides on the second floor of the building, and the entrance gate and yard are shared with the host. Another house is also located on the other side of the garden, and its residents share the common area.Please note that the water for the suite is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking. Therefore, dear guests are advised to bring bottled water.For daily necessities, guests can access a supermarket approximately 300 meters away and a bakery approximately 2 kilometers away.Mobile network quality for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G.It is worth noting that approximately 20 meters of the road leading to the building is unpaved but accessible by all types of vehicles.
