The cottage is situated next to several other units, surrounded by an orange grove and amidst rice paddies.
The cottage's design features a lower floor, accessed by about 5 steps, which includes a living room with one double bed and one single bed, a refrigerator, a split AC unit, a gas heater, a kitchen sink, and a Western toilet with a bathroom. The upper floor has an open-plan bedroom (without a door) and a balcony. Please note that the suite does not have cooking facilities.
Shared amenities of this complex include a spacious courtyard, a restaurant, and an Iranian (squat) toilet.
