This two-story wooden villa has two bedrooms, a foosball table, a ping pong table, a treadmill, a private pond, a gazebo, a pedal boat, a football and volleyball field, bicycles, and a fireplace in a quiet and secluded area of Chene Sar village, approximately 5 kilometers from the center of Sowme'eh Sara city.
The surrounding area of this beautiful accommodation is enclosed with a fence, barbed wire, and hedges. The host and staff are present in the courtyard for maintenance purposes.
The unique and beautiful courtyard of this wooden villa features a pond, and guests can use the pedal boat for free. If you bring fishing equipment, you can enjoy fishing (with payment based on the weight of the caught fish) in the pond for pleasant moments.
This wooden villa includes a living room with a treadmill, foosball table, and ping pong table, along with a bathroom with a shower, western toilet, and Iranian toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a living room, kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a partitioned bedroom with a bathroom similar to the lower floor. A separate 16-square-meter cabin with sleeping facilities for 2 people is located at the pond and is available for guests.
All of the above is provided exclusively for guests, but due to the occasional presence of the host or staff on the premises for feeding fish and poultry, it is registered as "semi-exclusive."
Local meals such as Torsh Tareh, Mirza Ghasemi, chicken kebab, fish kebab, etc., can be ordered with prior arrangement and separate payment. Guests are also welcome to use the fruits from the trees in the courtyard.
Access to a bakery and supermarket is available approximately 3 kilometers from the villa. Mobile network coverage is excellent for Irancell and Hamrahe Aval operators, and internet access is available as 3G.
