This 15-square-meter room (without cooking facilities), accessible via approximately 5 steps down, includes two single beds, a hotel refrigerator, a split air conditioner, a TV, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. It should be noted that the unit does not have a window.
It is worth mentioning that serving lunch and dinner is possible with prior arrangement and an additional fee.
Among the shared amenities of this complex are a cozy courtyard adorned with a water basin, a sunken garden equipped with a traditional bed, and Iranian restrooms.
The complex area is enclosed by a wall and has a 24-hour guard and reception. Also, for greater security, the area, veranda, and shared spaces are equipped with CCTV cameras.
