این ویلا دوبلکس چهار خوابه به همراه میز پینگ پنگ با حیاط دلباز در منطقه دریاکنار واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 50 متر و با شهر بابلسر حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، فضای نشیمن، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می‌شود و در طبقه سه اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
