این خانه روستایی با بالکن دلباز در روستای جاجن واقع شده است که با شیرگاه حدود 26 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی خانه روستایی به گونه ای است که دارای بالکن با میز و صندلی، یک اتاق به عنوان سالن پذیرایی و یک اتاق به عنوان آشپزخانه می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که سرویس ایرانی با حمام در ورودی راه پله و در طبقه پایین قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از سه طرف با پرچین محصور شده و از یک طرف که ورودی حیاط است فاقد دیوار و حصار می باشد.
میزبان نیز گاهی اوقات در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت برای همراه اول به صورت 4g و برای ایرانسل بصورت 3g است.
گفتنی است حدود 30 متر از مسیر منتهی به خانه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
