این ویلا بدون اتاق خواب با حیاطی دنج در قرق و در فاصله حدود 24 کیلومتری از گرگان واقع شده است.
خانه دارای سالن پذیرایی و آشپزخانه است و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی با حمام در حیاط قرار دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط خانه با دیوار محصور شده و دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت با فاصله حدود 100 متری ممکن است.
کیفیت خطوط شبکه تلفن همراه برای ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت 4g است ولی همراه اول فاقد آنتن دهی می باشد.
جنگل قرق، آبشار زیارت، جنگل النگدره و بلوار ناهارخوران بخشی از دیدنی های گرگان می باشد که در کنار آب و هوای دلپذیر آن را به یکی از قطب های گردشگری تبدیل نموده است.
