In the room with a double bed, there is space for at least one more person, and in the room with a single bed, there is space for at least four more people. The villa's living room is large, with space for at least seven people.

It is mandatory for the guest and all companions to carry a valid passport.

At least one passport must be handed over to the accommodation host on the day of arrival and returned to the guest on the day of termination of the reservation.

It is mandatory to observe cleanliness and cleanliness in this residence, if the house is not cleaned, the cleaning fee will be charged at the time of departure.

Holding parties and playing music is prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking (cigarettes, hookah, etc.) is prohibited inside the property.

Other Rules:

The villa is not rented to single individuals; it is only rented to families. Therefore, an ID is mandatory for young couples.

The peace of neighbors and other guests is important to us, and music can only be played at mobile phone volume.

Unconventional behaviors such as disturbing the area's peace, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited, and this is non-negotiable.

Alcohol consumption is prohibited.

After each guest departs, windows and doors are opened for ventilation (minimum 3-hour gap before new guests), and all utensils, facilities, and surfaces are sprayed with diluted bleach for disinfection. We kindly ask guests to take necessary precautions.
