این اتاق چهار تخته با چشم انداز زیبای کوه دماوند در تنها هتل ساخته شده با سنگ نمک در ایران و یکی از متفاوت ترین هتل های کشور است که در یک مزرعه گردشگری که فاصله آن تا شهر دماوند 18 کیلومتر و تا شهر تهران 85 کیلومتر می باشد واقع شده است.
اتاق های هتل نمکی با الهام گرفتن از خاصیت شگفت انگیز نمک برای سلامت جسم و روح، توسط سنگ نمک سفید و رنگی ساخته شده اند و هر کدام از اتاق های این مجموعه دارای یخچال، سشوار، چایساز هستند و یک تراس با منظره زیبا رو به کوه دماوند دارند.
امکان آشپزی در اقامتگاه وجود ندارد، اما میهمانان با صبحانه رایگان میزبان پذیرایی می شوند و امکان سرو ناهار و شام با سفارش قبلی امکان پذیرا است.
قرارگیری هتل در مزرعه فرصتی را فراهم کرده تا میهمانان ضمن اقامت در محیطی به دور از هیاهو و شلوغی های روزمره بتوانند از بخش های هیجان انگیز و متنوع مزرعه استفاده کرده و خاطره ای فراموش نشدنی بسازند.
از جمله امکانات منحصر به فرد مزرعه گردشگری خورشید می توان به تراکتورسواری، ماهیگیری، پل معلق کابلی، حوضچه های بازی کودکان، زمین های بازی ماسه ای، الاغ سواری، فرغون سواری و بازدید از حیوانات اهلی مزرعه اشاره کرد.
البته امکان پخت نان، اسب سواری و شترسواری با پرداخت هزینه خواهد بود.

لازم به ذکر است این مجموعه در روزهای شنبه و یکشنبه پذیرش میهمان نخواهد داشت.
