این خانه مبله یکخوابه در روستای چینو واقع شده است که با شهر علی آباد کتول حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد. بالکن دلباز این خانه نیز با چشم انداز بینظیر جنگلی مهیای استفاده مهمانان می باشد.
این خانه با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
