Reservation of a Rural House in Rudbar - Jamshid Abad

This one-bedroom forest house is located in Jamshidabad village, approximately eight kilometers from Roustamabad city and about 25 kilometers from Rudbar city.
This house is situated on a slope in a forest environment, and its cozy balcony offers a unique forest view for guests. The house is located on the second floor from the slope side and on the ground floor from the alley side of a two-story, two-unit building.
The interior space of the house is designed to include a living room, a kitchen, and one bedroom. Please note that the only bathroom in the house is located inside the bedroom, and the Iranian-style toilet is on the balcony. It is also worth mentioning that the unit does not have a cooling system.
The area around the yard is unfenced due to the nature of the region, and the host sometimes resides on the lower floor. The entrance gate and yard are also shared with the host. For added security, the alley is equipped with CCTV cameras.
For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are available at a distance of about two kilometers. Therefore, due to the villa's location in the forest, we recommend purchasing your necessary supplies from the city and bringing them with you.
Mobile network coverage for both Irancell and Hamrah Aval operators is relatively good for calls, and internet access is available via 3G.
It should be noted that the last 300 meters of the road leading to the house are unpaved, sloped, and accessible by car.
