In addition to a central kitchen, this eco-lodge has a historic basement (known in historical architecture as "dastkand") used as a dining hall, equipped with tables and chairs. Meals such as Sabzi Polo Semnani, Tahchin Semnani, Ghormeh Sabzi, Domi Gojeh, local spinach stew, Dighi, Zereshk Polo with chicken, Kaleh Polo, and Chelow Gousht are served for lunch and dinner.
Local and fully organic meals can be ordered with prior notice (2 days in advance). Additionally, the lodge is equipped with CCTV.
