The room does not have cooking facilities, but guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen of the complex with prior coordination. Shared amenities of this complex include a bathroom, an Iranian-style toilet, a Western-style toilet, and a spacious courtyard equipped with a pond, table, and chairs, all shared with other guests. The premises are enclosed by a wall, and a 24-hour security unit is present on-site. For enhanced security, the entrance and courtyard are equipped with CCTV cameras. Guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately 200 meters away for their daily necessities. Food service and ordering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available with prior arrangement and at an additional cost. The signal quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet network coverage is 4G. Please note that access to the accommodation is possible via two routes, one of which includes approximately one kilometer of dirt road leading to the complex.
