The one-bedroom villa is located on the lower floor of a two-storey building in the Haydarat area of قلعه رودخان.
Rudkhan Castle is Gilan one of the most important historical fortresses in Iran, which is located in the city of Fuman and among the dense forest trees, and now it is considered one of the most spectacular and important places in Fuman that attracts many tourists annually.
The proximity to the river and the beautiful northern forests and mountains have added to the charm of this area as well as the residence.
A 5-minute walk will provide access to a supermarket and bakery.
It is about 5 km from the center of قلعه رودخان, 18 km from فومن, and 45 km from Masuleh historical and tourist city.
The courtyard of the residence is not enclosed and there are 2 other units in this area in which the host family lives.
Also, the host lives on the top floor, and on the lower floor, there are two units next to each other that can be booked separately.
It should be remembered that one of these two units also has ایوان.
