این منزل دو خوابه در روستای سفید تمشک واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر رامسر حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی دارای حیاط و بالکن دنج، قرار دارد و اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین میزبان در طبقه پایین ساکن می باشد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان در اختیار مهمانان است.
مهمانان گرامی جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت با فاصله حدود 500 متر دسترسی دارند و کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
شهر زیبای رامسر از امکانات تفریحی بسیار زیادی مانند تله کابین، شهربازی، سواحل زیبا، بازارها و مجتمع های تجاری بسیاری برخوردار است . فاصله کلبه تا تله کابین و مجموعه شهربازی تله کابین پیاده زیر ده دقیقه می‌باشد و فاصله تا آب چشمه بسیار گوارا و خنک هم با ماشین زیر 5دقیقه می‌باشد.
