این ویلا دو خوابه چهار تخته در یک مجتمع اقامتی در پلاک اول دریا در ساحل زیبای بابلسر واقع شده است.
بابلسر شهری است ما بین رشته کوه البرز و دریای زیبای خزر که توسط رودخانه بابلرود به دو قسمت شرقی و غربی تقسیم شده است. این شهر علاوه بر مجاور دریا بودن ، جاذبه های گردشگری فراوانی دارد که همین امر موجب شده سالانه گردشگران زیادی این شهر را به عنوان مقصد خود انتخاب کنند.
این مجتمع با قرار داشتن در مجاورت دریا امکان دسترسی به تفریحات ساحلی مانند : پیست موتور سواری ، چهار چرخ ، کارتینگ ، کافه ساحلی ، رستوران و ... را به راحتی فراهم می‌آورد.
