این ویلا دو خوابه در یک شهرک مسکونی در شهر گلپایگان و در 180 کیلومتری شهر اصفهان واقع شده است.
گلپایگان شهری است در استان اصفهان که در شمال غربی این استان قرار دارد. این شهر به شهر چهار اقلیم معروف است و از طبیعت بکر و بی نظیر ترین مناظر طبیعی برخوردار است.
از جمله جاذبه های گردشگری این منطقه می توان به : ارگ تاریخی گوگد ، کاروانسرای جلودار ، قلعه باقرخان ، قلعه ادیب ، خانه تاریخی یوسفی ، دریاچه سد گلپایگان و . . . اشاره کرد.
همچنین با دو دقیقه پیاده روی می توانید به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا نمایید.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف محصور است و از بیرون غیر قابل رویت می باشد.
