این کلبه دو طبقه خوش ساخت روستایی در یک مجموعه بومگردی که در باغ 700 متری از درختان پرتقال، آلوچه، سیب و ازگیل قرار گرفته؛ در کیلومتر 4 جاده توریستی اسالم به گردنه الماس واقع شده است.
طبقه اول شامل : پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی سیار و حمام و اسپیلت 18 هزار می‌باشد و طبقه دوم شامل اتاق خواب 12 متری و تراس 12 متری به همراه پشه‌بند می‌باشد.
100 متر از مسیر اقامتگاه خاکی است و سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با نان محلی در ابتدای کوچه قرار دارند. وضعیت آنتن‌دهی و اینترنت اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول 4G می‌باشد.
فاصله این اقامتگاه از دریا 10 کیلومتر، از مرکز شهر اسالم 5 کیلومتر، از پارک جنگلی گیسوم 30 کیلومتر و از شهر تالش 15 کیلومتر می‌باشد.
