این ویلا دو خوابه دوبلکس با سیستم صوتی و میز فوتبال دستی، در روستای زان، 8 کیلومتری آبسرد واقع شده است که تا شهر دماوند حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به صورت دوبلکس است که در طبقه پایین پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و در طبقه بالا نیز دو اتاق خواب به همراه حمام و سرویس فرنگی قرار دارد و میهمانان می توانند از روف گاردن ساختمان که ورودی آن از داخل ویلا است برای دورهمی در فضای باز قابل استفاده است.
ورودی و محوطه محصور اطراف ویلا مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و قابل ذکر است حدود 1 کیلومتر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه بصورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه نیز دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با 5 دقیقه رانندگی امکان پذیر است.
