The villa has been recently renovated and is practically indistinguishable from a new villa, with many of its fittings being new.
It has two large bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with an en-suite toilet, bathroom, and walk-in closet. One of the toilets is Iranian style and the other is Western style. Showers are available in both bathrooms.
The cabinets are neoclassical with complete cooking facilities, along with a 6-person dining table.
