این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه با میز فوتبالدستی، استخر سرپوشیده و حیاط زیبا در منطقه ای دنج و آرام از باغ بهادران واقع شده است.
این ویلا دوبلکس به صورت یک سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی و حمام در کنار یک استخر سرپوشیده در طبقه اول و یک نشیمن به همراه دو اتاق خواب در طبقه دوم مهیای استفاده میهمانان است.
محیط اطراف حیاط زیبای این ویلا با دیواری که از بیرون مشرف نیست، محصور می باشد و همین محوطه و اطراف در ورودی آن به دوربین مداربسته مجهز است.
