این منزل ویلایی یکخوابه در روستا گالشکلا منطقه لفور واقع شده است که تا شهر شیرگاه حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
منزل دارای پذیرایی ، آشپزخانه ، یک اتاق خواب ، سرویس بهداشتی ، تراس بزرگ با چشم انداز بسیار زیبا و مشرف به دریاچه می باشد و حمام با حدود 3 پله دسترسی در زیر تراس قرار دارد، هچنین منزل دارای محوطه ای حدود 800 مترمربع می باشد.
فاصله این منزل ویلایی تا دریاچه لفور حدود 100متر ، تا آبشار ترز حدود 10 کیلومتر ، تا آیشار زال حدود 20 کیلومتر ، تا هفت آبشار تیرکن حدود 40 کیلومتر و تا منطقه پلنگ دره نیز حدود 45 کیلومتر می باشد. شایان ذکر می باشد امکان ماهیگیری با قلاب ماهیگیری از دریاچه وجود دارد.
همچنین می توانید با طی مسافت یک کیلومتری به سوپرمارکت دسترسی پیدا نمایید ولی توصیه می گردد در شهر خرید صورت گیرد. همچنین روستا فاقد نانوایی می باشد.
محوطه منزل از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است ولی به دلیل قرارگیری واحد در شیب در صورتی که در پایین دست کوچه ایستاده باشید قدری به داخل حیاط مشرف دارد. همچنین حدود 100 متر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی است و یگ گاوداری نیز در نزدیکی اقامتگاه قرار دارد.
آنتن دهی برای اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول کامل و اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
