این خانه روستایی دو خوابه با ایوان و حیاط زیبا در منطقه ای دنج و آرام و بکر از روستای اولم در فاصله حدود 8 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر شاندرمن واقع شده است.
حیاط زیبای این اقامتگاه که با درختان میوه تزئین شده و استفاده از میوه آن ها برای میهمانان مجاز است ، همچنین محیط اطراف حیاط آن با سیم خاردار و فنس محصور می باشد، به علاوه همین محیط و در ورودی اقامتگاه به دوربین مداربسته مجهز می باشد.
دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت نیز در با حدود 5 دقیقه پیاده‌روی از اقامتگاه ممکن است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G می باشد.
ماسال آنقدر زیباست که اولسبلنگاه نگین ییلاقات منطقه شمال کشور تنها یکی از زیبایی های این شهر می باشد.
