این ویلا یکخوابه با امکانات رفاهی در روستا نقره ده واقع شده است که تا بندر کیاشهر و پل چوبی حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا بهصورت دوبلکس بوده که در طبقه همکف پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، تراس و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی، حمام و یک تراس دلباز رو به باغی سرسبز قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید ویلا دارای اتاق خواب دوم نیز می باشد که در آن قفل و غیر قابل استفاده مهمانان است.
محوطه مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد و میزبان در سوییت مستقل کنار اقامتگاه سکونت دارند.
فاصله این اقامتگاه تا مکانهای گردشگری اطراف آن نظیر روستای توریستی صفرابسته حدود 8 کیلومتر ، تا پارک ملی بوجاق و منطقه زیباکنار و شهر زیارتی آستانه حدود 15 کیلومتر و تا منطقه آزاد انزلی (کاسپین) نیز حدود 35 کیلومتر می باشد.
