این کلبه هابیتی بدون خواب در یک مجموعه اقامتی قرار در منطقه دیزو مشکین شهر واقع شده است.
کلبه با طراحی کلبه هابیت ها ( فیلم ارباب حلقه ) دارای فضا نشیمن ، آشپزخانه ، سرویس بهداشتی فرنگی و حمام اختصاصی می باشد و محوطه و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی نیز به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود ، همچنین صبحانه در این اقامتگاه به صورت رایگان سرو می شود و امکان سفارش وعده های غذایی ( ناهار و شام ) با پرداخت هزینه و هماهنگی قبلی وجود دارد.
این مجموعه در دامنه سحر انگیز سبلان و در فضایی به مساحت 5 هکتار و با ترکیب معماری سنتی آمیخته با مدرنیته ، با استفاده از مصالح بومی و سنگی و با الهام از تاریخ و فرهنگ ترکان آذربایجان و عشایر شاهسون ، طراحی و به بهره برداری رسیده است.
مجموعه در فاصله 800 متری از آبشار گورگور و آبگرم ملک سویی قرار دارد که مشتمل بر سوئیتهای اقامتی ، رستوران و چایخانه سنتی ، امکانات اقامت در چادر عشایری ، اسب سواری ، دوچرخه سواری ، پاراگلایدر ، اجرای زنده موسیقی عاشقلر و . . . می باشد ، لازم به ذکر است برای استفاده از امکانات اسب سواری ، دوچرخه سواری و پاراگلایدر هماهنگی قبلی لازم است.
این مجموعه اقامتی دارای استخر آب درمانی ، سونا و جکوزی می باشد که با پرداخت هزینه و دریافت بلیط ، مهمانان می توانند از آن استفاده کنند.
