این هتل سنتی با قدمتی بیش از 250 سال از بناهای دوره قاجار و از معدود خانه های تاریخی کاشان می باشد که ثبت ملی شده است و نزدیک ترین هتل سنتی به بازار سرپوشیده کاشان که یکی از گنجینه های بی نظیر معماری سنتی ایران است به شمار می آید. این هتل با مساحت حدود 700 مترمربع شامل 17 واحد اقامتی با یک حیاط مرکزی به صورت گودال باغچه در سه طبقه در محله قدیمی پنجه شاه قرار دارد که از ویژگی های بارز این بنا ، وجود سه اتاق پنج دری در شمال ، جنوب و غرب حیاط مرکزی و اطاق های گوشواره مرتفع و مشرف به حیاط مرکزی با گچ بری و تزئینات چشم‌نواز است. از مزایای این بوتیک هتل می توان به دسترسی آسان به مراکز گردشگری از جمله بازار سنتی ، مسجد جامع ، باغ فین ، تپه های سیلک و مسجد آقابزرگ اشاره کرد.
همچنین می توانید با طی مسافت 100 متری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا نمایید.
در محوطه دلباز و زیبا اقامتگاه جهت دورهمی و شب نشینی میهمانان گرامی میز و صندلی و تخت سنتی تعبیه شده است و در آن دوربین مدار بسته نیز نصب می باشد ، همچنین اقامتگاه دارای نگهبانی است و پارکینگ روباز اختصاصی هتل سنتی در کنار آن واقع شده است.
