این خانه سنتی دو خوابه با ایوان دلباز در مجاورت 3 واحد دیگر در یک مجموعه اقامتی با حیاطی زیبا و سرسبز در روستای خلیله سرا و فاصله حدود 3 کیلومتری شهر لوندویل و فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری آستارا واقع شده است.
اطراف حیاط گلکاری شده اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و دروازه ورودی و حیاط با دیگر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود، همچنین میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
در این اقامتگاه امکان سفارش انواع غذاهای سنتی و محلی همچون مرغ و ماهی شکم پر، لونگی، میرزاقاسمی، بادمجان شکم پر در تمام وعده ها (صبحانه ، ناهار ، عصرانه و شام) با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه فراهم است.
میهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، با حدود 100 متر پیاده روی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
در مسیر دسترسی به این اقامتگاه مرتفع ترین آبشار ایران تحت عنوان آبشار لاتون قرار گرفته که یکی از جاذبه های طبیعی این منطقه به شمار می آید که سالانه طبیعت گردان زیادی را برای بازید به منطقه میکشاند، به همین دلیل در این مجموعه تدارک تور گردشگری به این آبشار نیز دیده شده است.
مسیر این کلبه و آبشار لاتون که در حوالی آن قرار دارد خود یک طبیعت گردی ویژه و لذت بخش است که از دل جنگل های انبوه می گذرد و یکی از ویژگی های جذاب اقامت در این مجموعه خواهد بود.
