این ویلا یکخوابه دنج در باغی به همراه درختان زیبا و سرسبز در حدود سه کیلومتری مرکز شهر بابلسر و ساحل زیبا واقع شده است.
ویلا دارای پذیرای ، آشپزخانه ، یک اتاق خواب ، حمام وسرویس بهداشتی و تراس 12 متری رو به حیاط باصفا می باشد، یک سرویس ایرانی در حیاط قرار دارد.
شهر ساحلی بابلسر با طبیعت زیبا و بکر ، آب و هوای دل انگیز در تمام فصول سال مقصد مورد علاقه بسیاری از گردشگران می باشد که میهمانان عزیز می توانند با رزرو این ویلا و طی نمودن سه کیلومتر به تفریحات مهیج ساحلی نظیر پیست موتور سواری ، چهار چرخ ، کارتینگ ، کافی ساحلی ، رستوران و... دسترسی داشته باشند و همچنین فاصله این ویلا تا باغ و حش و پل معلق حدود 8 کیلومتر ، تا سقاخانه حدود 12 کیلومتر ، تا رودخانه بابلرود و اسکله های قایق رانی حدود 25 کیلومتر و تا منطقه توریستی سرخرود حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله می باشد.
