طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و وان و یک سرویس ایرانیمی باشد، همچنین در طبقه بالای ویلا پشت بام بزرگ و دلباز قرار گرفته که دسترسی به آن از طریق پله های تعبیه شده در مجاورت ساختمان ممکن است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
