این خانه روستایی دو خوابه در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه با حیط زیبا و سرسبز در منطقه ای دنج و آرام از روستایی اولم با فاصله حدود 14 کیلومتری از مرکز شاندرمن واقع شده است.
محیط اطراف حیاط این اقامتگاه که با درختان میوه تزئین شده و استفاده معمول از میوه درختان آن برای میهمانان بلامانع است، با سیم خاردار و فنس محصور می باشد.
50 متر انتهایی مسیر این اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی می باشد اما این مسیر با هر نوع وسیله نقلیه ای قابل دسترسی است.
دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت با حدود 5 دقیقه رانندگی از این خانه روستایی ممکن است.
