این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاط درختکاری شده در روستای وشمه سرای بالا واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسال حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 8 پله به اتاق خواب به همراه بالکن دسترسی خواهید داشت.
محوطه حیاط از طرفی با دیوار و از طرفی دیگر با فنس و پوشش گیاهی محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
سفارش وعده های غذایی صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 250 متری ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 50 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
