این منزل مبله دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز و دو تراس با ویوی زیبا به سمت کوه و جنگل در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه در روستای سفید تمشک ،7 کیلومتری رامسر واقع شده است.
روستای زیبای سفید تمشک با طبیعت جنگلی و سرسبز ، وجود انواع درخت مرکبات ، کیوی ، گلخانه های زیبا و نیز با توجه به موقعیت خوبی که به جهت دسترسی به شهر توریستی رامسر دارد انتخاب مناسبی برای یک تعطیلات و طبیعت گردی خاطره انگیز خواهد بود.
ساحل دریا با امکانات تفریحی نظیر قایق سواری ، جت اسکی ، چهارچرخ و ... در 5 کیلومتری این اقامتگاه قرار گرفته است و همچنین فاصله این منزل تا تله کابین و شهرباز ی رامسر حدود 2 کیلومتر ، تا هتل قدیم حدود 10 کیلومتر و تا ییلاق جواهرده حدود 35 کیلومتر می باشد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور و جهت امنیت ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد و حیاط ویلا نیز مشترک با میهمان طبقه همکف و میزبان که در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد استفاده می گردد.
