این سوئیت 50 متری یکخوابه با نمای سنگ و کاهگل و ظرفیت 10 نفر در مجاورت 3 سوئیت دیگر در نزدیکی ساحل دریا در روستای دلارام و فاصله حدود 50 کیلومتری بوشهر واقع شده است.
این سوئیت یکخوابه دارای یک تخت یکنفره، نه سرویس کف خواب، حمام مشترک با سرویس ایرانی، آشپزخانه (یخچال، گاز، امکان پخت غذا و لوازم آشپزی به تعداد 10 نفر)، یک دستگاه اسپیلت، بخاری گازی و تلویزیون معمولی می باشد.
اقامتگاه در نزدیکی ساحل زیبای دریا قرار دارد به گونه ای که با حدود 60 متر پیاده روی خود را در ساحلی بکر خواهید دید.
محیط اقامتگاه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است به جهت حفظ امنیت، محوطه، دروازه ورودی و خیابان مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
میهمانان گرامی توجه فرمائید این روستا فاقد نانوایی و سوپر مارکت می باشد و بهتر است نان و اقلام مصرفی خود را از شهر تهیه فرمائید و به همراه داشته باشید.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
100 متر انتهایی مسیر دسترسی به اقامتگاه خاکی و قابل تردد برای انواع خودرو است.
عمارت گلشن، کوه نمکی جاشک، قلعه نصوری، کوه پدری، خلیج بکر نایبند، قلعه خورمج بخشی از جاذبه های بوشهر زیبا می باشد.
سرو صبحانه و شام با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه توسط میزبان امکان پذیر است.
