این منزل مبله دو خوابه با حیاط سرسبز و دلباز در طبقه همکف یک منزل دو واحدی کنار هم در رمج محله لپاسر و در 3 کیلومتری شیرود واقع شده است.
شیرود در 9 کیلومتری تنکابن و 30 کیلومتری رامسر واقع شده است ، بنابراین با رزرو این اقامتگاه به راحتی به جاذبه های دیدنی این شهرهای توریستی و ساحلی دسترسی خواهید داشت.
با 4 الی 5 دقیقه پیاده روی و گذر از کوچه باغهای زیبا با چشم انداز درختان نارنج و پرتقال به ساحل دریا خواهید رسید و همچنین فاصله این منزل تا مرداب نشتارود حدود 25 کیلومتر ، تا جنگل سه هزار حدود 30 کیلومتر ، تا دشت دریاسر و آبشار سنگ بن چشمه حدود 40 کیلومتر می باشد.
همچنین سوپرمارکت و نانوایی نیز در فاصله 150 متری این اقامتگاه واقع شده است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و سرایدار نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد , لازم به ذکر است حیاط و ورودی این منزل مشترک با واحد مجاور مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
