این هتل سنتی در یک عمارت تاریخی در شهر شوشتر واقع شده که از آثار به جای مانده از دوران قاجار است و در سال 1400 در فهرست آثار ملی ایران به ثبت رسید.
این اتاق یکی از واحد های این مجموعه 12 واحدی می باشد که دارای یک تخت دو نفره، رخت خواب سنتی، هیتر برقی، اسپیلت و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین اتاق فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است ولی مهمانان گرامی می توانند از آشپزخانه مرکزی با هماهنگی قبلی استفاده نمایند.
