این اتاق با ظرفیت حداکثر سه نفر یکی از اتاق های موجود در طبقه اول یک مهمانپذیر دو طبقه فاقد آسانسور در شهر توریستی تبریز واقع شده است.
دسترسی به اتاق طبقه اول با پیمودن حدود 6 پله امکان پذیر است و قابل ذکر است که اتاق دارای سه تخت یک نفره، یخچال، تلویزیون، حمام و سرویس ایرانی یکجا می باشد و مشاعات ساختمان شامل آشپزخانه مرکزی با امکان گرم نمودن غذا و سه سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی در طبقه همکف و اول است.
در این اقامتگاه غذا طبخ نمی شود ولی امکان سفارش وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام رستورانی با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه وجود دارد.
این مهمانپذیر دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته و میزبان نیز جهت رسیدگی به امور در مجتمع حضور دارد و جهت امنیت بیشتر ورودی، پشت بام و زیرزمین دارای دوربین مداربسته است.
این مجتمع فاقد پارکینگ اختصاصی است ولی روبروی اقامتگاه پارکینگ عمومی قرار دارد که تا ساعت 9 شب آماده ارائه خدمات می باشد و از ساعت 9 شب به بعد نیز می توانید از فضای کوچه و خیابان که از امنیت خوبی برخوردار است جهت پارک خودرو استفاده نمائید.
همچنین با 1 الی 5 دقیقه پیاده روی به سوپرمارکت، نانوایی، رستوران، مترو و بی آرتی دسترسی خواهید داشت.
اقامتگاه دارای وای فای رایگان است و پوشش اینترنت نیز در این منطقه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل 4G است.
تبریز دارای آب و هوای جلگه ای و کوهستانی است و اگر میخواهید سفری خنک بخصوص در تابستان که در اکثر مناطق هوا گرم و شرجی است را تجربه نمائید این شهر پیشنهاد خوبی می باشد. بازار بزرگ تبریز، خانه مشروطه، پارک ائل گلی، مسجد کبود تبریز، روستای کندوان، جنگل ارسباران بخشی از جاذبه های تبریز زیبا و دوست داشتنی است.
