این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دنج در منطقه ای دنج و آرام از زیباکنار و با فاصله حدود 30 کیلومتری تا بندرانزلی واقع شده است.
محیط اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد، همچنین توجه داشته باشید که آب مصرفی خانه از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
