این سوئیت مبله 35 متری در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه در منطقه ای امن و آرام در مجاورت شالیزارهای سرسبز در شهر ماکلوان و فاصله 11 کیلومتری فومن و 20 کیلومتری ماسوله واقع شده است.
محوطه اقامتگاه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور و درب ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دروبین مداربسته بصورت مشترک با میزبان ساکن در طبقه بالا می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است 100 متر انتهایی مسیر دسترسی به اقامتگاه خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو می باشد.
دسترسی به سوپرمارکت در طبقه همکف این اقامتگاه و نانوایی با 150 متر پیاده روی امکان پذیر است.
پوشش دهی تلفن همراه برای هر دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و اینترنت به صورت 4G می باشد.
این اقامتگاه فاقد پارکینگ می باشد و امکان پارک خودرو در محوطه کنار درب ورودی ( مجهز به دروبین مداربسته ) فراهم می باشد.
