این منزل مبله سه خوابه به همراه وان جکوزی در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در روستای خوش آب و هوا قلعه رودخان واقع شده است و با شهر فومن حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد. حیاط خانه پوشیده از درختان گردو، آلوچه و . . . می باشد که استفاده از میوه درختان و آسیب رساندن به آنها ممنوع است.
محوطه اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور می باشد، همچنین میزبان در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و پارکینگ به صورت مشترک در اختیار مهمانان است.
لازم به ذکر است جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، نانوایی و سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری در دسترس هستند. کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه عالی و پوشش اینترنت برای ایرانسل و همراه اول 4g می باشد.
فومن با آب و هوای بکر و کلوچه های خوش طعم یکی از بهمترین مناطق گردشگری برای طبیعت دوستان است، به این صورت که دژ تاریخی قلعه رودخان که یکی از مهمترین آثار تاریخی فومن می باشد در جوار خود دارای رودخانه ، بازارچه های محلی جذاب با محصولات متنوع نظیر صنایع دستی ، مواد غذایی و ... می باشد.
