این منزل مبله یکخوابه با میز فوتبالدستی، تراس دارای نشیمن در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی در موقعیت عالی از نظر دسترسی جاده ای با چشم انداز عالی از کوه، اقیانوس ابر، طلوع زیبای خورشید.
محوطه اقامتگاه به سبک خانه های روستایی از دو سمت با پرچین چوبی و از سمت دیگر با بلوک محصور است و درب ورودی و محوطه به صورت مشترک با میزبان ساکن در طبقه بالا می باشد.
همچنین دسترسی به سوپر مارکت و نانوایی در فاصله 400 متری از اقامتگاه امکان پذیر است.
آب این خانه روستایی از چشمه و تانکر تامین می شود، بنابراین باید در مصرف آب صرفه جویی شود.
میهمانان گرامی توجه داشته باشید این منطقه فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری می باشد و سوخت مورد نیاز برای گرمایش و پخت و پز توسط کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
امنیت روستای فیلبند توسط واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته مستقر در ورودی روستا تامین می شود و شرایط آب و هوایی این منطقه به نحوی می باشد که رزرو اقامتگاه های آن تنها در بهار و تابستان ممکن می باشد.
