این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاط و تراس زیبا در طبقه اول یک ساختمان یک طبقه و در منطقه ای دنج و آرام با فاصله نزدیک از ساحل دریا و در مرکز شهر چمخاله واقع شده است.
حیاط زیبای این اقامتگاه که با دیواری بلندی محصور شده است، با میزبان آن که در طبقه پایین همین ساختمان، همچنین میهمانان واحد دیگر همین طبقه به صورت مشترک در اختیار میهمانان می باشد، ضمنا این منزل مبله با پیمودن حدود 10 پله قابل دسترسی می باشد.
200 متر انتهایی مسیر این اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی می باشد اما این مسیر با هر نوع وسیله نقلیه ای قابل دسترسی است.
