بنده بازنشسته آموزش و پروش هستم، بعد از ۲۵سال خدمت در دبستان پسرانه روستای صدخرو در حال حاضر جهت پذیرایی از زائران امام رضا و مسافرین محترم به علت خسته کننده بودن مسیر جاده تهران-مشهد و کمک به کاهش تلفات جاده ای، اقدام به افتتاح این مجموعه نمودم.
