This one-bedroom rural house is located on the ground floor of a single-story building, accessible via approximately 8 steps, amidst the pleasant and forested nature of the well-weathered village of Payin Eshtoj Dohezar. It is situated about 25 km from the tourist city of Tonekabon.
The area around the accommodation is enclosed by walls on all four sides. The host also resides on the first floor of the same accommodation with a separate entrance and area. Parking is available in a dedicated space in the alley.
It should be noted that the building is equipped with CCTV cameras covering the yard and the alley area.
For essential supplies, a supermarket is available about 200 meters away. The village does not have a bakery, so guests are kindly requested to purchase their bread from the city.
Network quality for mobile phones is good, and internet coverage is 4G for Irancell and 3G for Hamrah-e Aval.
Please note that the last 50 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road with a gentle slope.
